Ingredients

  • 1 head of Ocean Mist Farms Iceberg lettuce, quartered
  • 4 cups of Ocean Mist Farms Fresh-Cut Spinach
  • 1 cup of blue cheese dressing, premade
  • 1/2 cup of bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 c.up of diced tomato
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1/2 cup of crispy chickpeas, premade
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste 

Directions

1. On four plates, evenly distribute spinach. Add one wedge of iceberg lettuce.
2. Drizzle wedge with salad dressing.
3. Evenly distribute bacon, blue cheese, red onion, and tomato onto wedges.
4. Add slices of avocado and sprinkle chickpeas around the wedge. Salt and pepper to taste.
