Ingredients
- 1 16-ounce bag Ocean Mist Farms Fresh-Cut Brussels Sprouts Halves
- 1/3 cup yuzu or citrus juice
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil for roasting
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- In a blender, combine yuzu juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey and sesame oil. Blend until well combined. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400F. On a baking sheet, add Brussels sprouts, neutral oil and salt. Using a spatula, mix to combine everything together until Brussels are well coated.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven and toss roasted sprouts in sauce from the blender. Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
