Yuzu Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 16-ounce bag Ocean Mist Farms Fresh-Cut Brussels Sprouts Halves
  • 1/3 cup yuzu or citrus juice
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil for roasting
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine yuzu juice, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey and sesame oil. Blend until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. On a baking sheet, add Brussels sprouts, neutral oil and salt. Using a spatula, mix to combine everything together until Brussels are well coated.
  3. Roast for 35-40 minutes, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove from oven and toss roasted sprouts in sauce from the blender. Top with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
