For all you tired mamas out there...this One Pot Turkey Spinach Artichoke Hash is for you.  Because nobody deserves simplicity at the end of a long day than moms who juggle it all!  

These days, I'm looking for ways to cut down on dishes while still getting a well-rounded, nutritious meal on the table for my active kiddos.  One pot meals not only reduce the mess, but simplify dinner prep and I'm loving that!
