Not only does our cilantro enhance the flavor of just about any dish, it also packs more than double the recommended daily dose of vitamins A and K. Considered one of the most versatile herbs, cilantro will add a burst of freshness to almost any favorite recipe.


  • Very low in calories and contains no cholesterol
  • Good source of vitamin A, C and K
  • Select bunches of cilantro that are brightly colored.
  • Avoid purchasing cilantro that is wilting or has yellowed, blackened leaves.
  • Cilantro should be stored in the refrigerator for freshness. Cover the herb loosely with a plastic bag.
  • An alternative storage method is to trim the ends and place in a glass with about an inch of water, similar to cut flowers. Place glass on counter or in refrigerator
