These two desserts are perfect for annual holiday parties, cookie exchanges or a festive New Year’s celebration! Each recipe makes 30 impressive looking and mouth-watering cake pops, and as an added bonus, you are hiding some pretty spectacular artichoke nutrition in plain sight!


Our Castroville Dark Chocolate Cake Pops are made decadent by using artichoke hearts, crowns or stems. Bite into a delicious creamy texture (thanks to pistachio pudding) through the rich dark chocolate shell. Yummo for sure! For an added green twist, decorate the outside of each pop with finely chopped pistachios.


The addition of cooked artichoke hearts and stems to the cake batter of the Castroville White Chocolate Cake Pops not only adds hidden nutrition, but buttery richness. These cake pops have a sophisticated key lime flavor to match the white chocolate and toasted coconut presentation!
