I give this Fresh Asian Radish Salad two thumbs up - one for me and one for baby that's due very soon. :-) With crazy sugar cravings kicking in, thoughtful veggie consumption has been a necessity and this bowl of freshness does the trick! Plus I get a little therapeutic veggie chopping in when I make it, which always brings a little calm to my kitchen.
And unlike most leafy salads, the crisp veggies are twice as tasty the next day after they have soaked in all the dressing goodness overnight.
