How to Prepare Artichokes

  1. Rinse and lightly scrub.
  2. Snip the top and cut off the stem. Snip the tip of the outer leaves with kitchen scissors. Peel outer part of stem with a vegetable peeler, cut a quarter slice off the end, and cook along with artichokes
  3. Rub cut artichoke with lemon to avoid browning
  4. Spread petals apart
  5. Add seasoning

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large Ocean Mist Farms artichokes, rinsed and trimmed
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Steam artichokes until tender.
  2. Cut steamed artichokes in half and brush with olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat grill over medium heat.
  5. Grill cut side down until lightly charred.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head Ocean Mist Farms broccoli, rinsed and cut into florets
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Additional herbs of choice
  • Sheet of aluminum foil or grill basket

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  2. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Grill on a sheet of aluminum foil or grill basket, turning frequently for 8 -10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add a squeeze of lemon juice.

  • 1 package Season & Steam Brussels Sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Additional herbs of choice
  • Sheet of aluminum foil or grill basket

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill over medium heat.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Steam Brussels sprouts in package until tender.
  4. Grill on a sheet of aluminum foil or grill basket about 5 - 7 minutes, charring on each side.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
