Why We Love Air Fryer Veggies: Brussels Sprouts

Next up in our air fryer veggie series is one of my favorite foods to cook in the air fryer- Brussels sprouts!
Brussels sprouts are typically halved for air fryer cooking, but I even love using our Season & Steam SuperShreds to get them nice and crispy for the perfect salad base or hash. Method: Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts Basics
Brussels sprouts are versatile, appetizer-worthy, and the perfect size for achieving the perfect air-fryer crisp! We recommend The Kitchn's method for frying Brussels sprouts, which starts with a thorough wash, followed by trimming and halving each Brussels sprout (or use our pre-cut, ready to eat Season & Steam product). Next, toss the prepared Brussels sprouts in olive oil and salt before laying them out in the frying basket in a single layer.
