Easter week is officially here; can you believe it? A weekend of family and friends and great food is upon us and I am very much looking forward to the delicious spread of veggies that I know I will get to enjoy this weekend. Easter has been difficult these last few years but many of us are jumping back in the saddle this year. Without fail, my family enjoys simply steamed artichokes down the table with a variety of dipping sauce selections.
