Artichokes Offer Four Specific Nutrients the Average American Diet Typically Lacks

On food labels, you’ll see something called Percent Daily Value (%DV). This represents the percentage of nutrients that one serving of the food provides (as compared to established reference amounts). For example, if you eat one one medium Artichoke, you’re getting nearly one-quarter of the fiber you need for the day.
