How to Make an Easy Grilled Artichoke

This cooking method is for grilling rebels who crave to try something different on their backyard BBQ or indoor grill. You will need to start with already cooked Globe Artichokes (any size) and finish them off on the grill to char for that delicious smoked flavor. Tip: Artichokes are great for cooking ahead and storing in the refrigerator for several days. Just bring them out when you are ready to grill them!

Preheat outdoor grill to 350 degrees.

Spray each cooked Artichoke half with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.

Place Artichoke halves cut side down on a hot grill.

Let Artichokes cook until they begin to char (about 4 minutes).

Turn Artichoke halves with tongs and continue to cook until desired charring marks appear.

Don’'t forget — the grill is also a perfect way to prepare other Ocean Mist vegetables, such as Brussels Sprouts, Baby Artichokes and Romaine Hearts.
