Bok Choy, a hearty member of the cruciferous cabbage family, gives the perfect crisp to soups and stir-frys, and can also be enjoyed raw in salads or on a hummus platter.

  • Good source of vitamin A and vitamin C
  • Choose firm, compact Bok Choy with bright white stalks and green leaves
  • Avoid withered, soft stalks with yellow leaves or brown spots
  • Store in refrigerator crisper section for 5 days.
  • Thoroughly wash before use
  • Entire Bok Choy is edible
