Artichoke Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 stick (½ cup) of sweet butter softened
  • 2 cooked and mashed artichoke Hearts and bottoms
  • ¼ cup of cream or milk
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Directions

  1. In small bowl of electric mixer, beat all the ingredients until light and fluffy. Serve in small slow cookers with fresh warm bread. Refrigerate any left over butter.
