Balsamic-Marinated Grilled Artichokes

4 Artichokes, washed and trimmed

Balsamic vinegar

½ cup butter (1 cube)

Garlic and lemon wedges, for garnish


  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Steam your artichoke for 15-20 minutes. Drain water from pot and drain artichokes of excess water. Slice in half long ways and drizzle with basalmic vinegar between leaves and all over sliced part. Put artichokes in a zip-lock bag and marinate for at least 30 mins, overnight if you can.
  2. Prepare grill. Place on grill flat side down for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with melted butter and serve with garlic or lemon wedges!
