Balsamic-Marinated Grilled Artichokes

4 Artichokes, washed and trimmed
½ cup butter (1 cube)
Garlic and lemon wedges, for garnish
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Steam your artichoke for 15-20 minutes. Drain water from pot and drain artichokes of excess water. Slice in half long ways and drizzle with basalmic vinegar between leaves and all over sliced part. Put artichokes in a zip-lock bag and marinate for at least 30 mins, overnight if you can.
- Prepare grill. Place on grill flat side down for approximately 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with melted butter and serve with garlic or lemon wedges!
