Steamed Artichokes with Garlic-Infused Olive Oil Dipping Sauce
Garlic-infused olive oil with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and oregano.

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely grated
½ tsp. kosher salt
½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp. dried oregano, rubbed well
Put olive oil in a pan with all of the ingredients on low heat. Stir. When the salt melts, take pot off of the heat. Dip the Artichoke leaves in this oil and enjoy!
